I had to take a break from therapy for a few months. I am ready to go back and my mental health therapist accepted me back and we found a way to fit me into her schedule. She is a great,attentive person with me.
Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable, affirming, and has helped me through some very challenging issues - including a new diagnosis. I have always felt heard and respected and that our sessions are a safe space. She tailors her therapeutic approach to fit my needs and has always been so helpful to a fellow clinician!
