After a rough travel day, I was so grateful to have a massage booked with Allen at Inner Element in Virginia Beach. He was amazing—his technique was spot on, using neuromuscular therapy and really getting into the trigger points I didn’t even realize needed attention. I came in sore and exhausted and left feeling totally refreshed and recharged. I feel amazing! The space is super relaxing, with hot tea and water available, and he even offered a warm towel afterward to wipe off any excess oils—such a thoughtful touch. If you’re in Virginia Beach and need a great massage, go see Allen.
Very , very awesome massage! Relaxing, and tension reducing. The atmosphere was also very nice and relaxing. Alan is very nice and a fantastic massage therapist !
Allen listened to my needs and preferences, worked gently and efficiently. The office very clean and has warm energy! It was a wonderful massage, I'll be back!
